Luke Detraz

An Arizona native, Luke’s life has been shaped by resilience and a deep passion for healing communities. After losing his father at just eight years old, he experienced firsthand the challenges of growing up without a father figure. This personal journey ignited his mission to address fatherlessness and its profound impact on families and communities.

From the restaurant kitchen to the pulpit, Luke’s career has always centered on connecting with people. Whether serving up meals as a chef or guiding lives as a pastor, he’s dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

As the founder of Field & Faith, Luke is on a mission to break the cycle of fatherlessness. He equips men to heal from past wounds, embrace their God-given roles, and multiply their impact as leaders, providers, and protectors. “When men step into their calling, they restore not just themselves, but their families and communities,” he says.

Luke and his wife, Danielle, are raising four incredible kids—Madison, Hunter, Parker, and Levi—while living out the mission of Field & Faith. Together, they inspire others to leave a legacy of faith, strength, and hope for generations to come.
