Field & Faith
Field & Faith is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our Our mission is to break the cycle of fatherlessness through mentorship and guidance. We equip young men to become responsible fathers, using the great outdoors to teach values of family, resilience, and community care. By breaking generational patterns, we empower individuals to redefine fatherhood and build stronger families and communities.
Why we do it
Every day, we see more homes without fathers and the affects it has on young men. Our goal is clear: to help these young men discover God and break generational cycles, empowering them for their own future and the future of others. Proverbs 22:6 is our guide, reminding us of how our teachings shape their lives for them and future generations. Through nature, men find purpose, belonging, and a connection to God. In a caring space, we help them grow, connect, and develop, and build a bond with one another.
Who we are
At Field & Faith, we're a team of men who know the struggles of growing up without fathers. Some of us lost our dads suddenly, others didn't have them around, and many missed out on crucial learning opportunities. But our own experiences pushed us to keep these values alive and fight for the fatherless generation. Our leadership includes devoted fathers, hunters, fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, and pastors, all sharing a strong passion for nature's preservation and God’s purpose for us.
